Privacy Policy

1. General
The seller undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of the users of its online store. The seller shall only use the collected personal data for the provision of the services it offers. The seller respects the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of online store users, and will therefore take all the necessary steps to protect them from any violations and abuses. The seller places great care and attention on the personal data of users, fully aware of the sensitive nature of this matter.

2. Use of personal data
For the purposes of providing the services offered by the seller, the latter shall collect, manage, process and store the following user data:

  • first and last name;
  • delivery addresses;
  • company or name of legal entity (if the user is a legal entity);
  • tax number of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity);
  • e-mail address (username);
  • password in an encrypted form;
  • contact telephone number;
  • country of residence;
  • other data that the user voluntarily enters into forms in the online store;
  • other data that the user voluntarily adds later in their profile.

The seller shall not be responsible for the accuracy, completeness and up-to-dateness of the data entered by users.

3. Cookies and IP addresses
At the start of each session in the online store, the seller shall assign a cookie to each user for identification, shopping cart tracking, and traceability. This cookie is only stored in the server’s memory for the duration of the visit to the online store and is deleted after one hour of inactivity. Furthermore, the seller may also store some permanent cookies on the user’s personal computer, such as the user’s encrypted identification number for recognition during future visits to the online store, or product ratings to help the user track which products they have already rated; indirectly, cookies from the external Google Analytics service may also be stored on the user’s computer for analysing website visits. The seller may use this data in an anonymized, aggregated form for statistical analysis purposes.To maintain online security, the seller shall also collect IP addresses used by users to access the online store.

4. User Privacy and Personal Data Protection Statement
In accordance with personal data protection regulations, the seller shall be required to protect the personal data of users accessing its online store. The seller shall not, under any circumstances, communicate personal or other data of the user to a third party, nor allow a third party to access personal or other data of the user without first obtaining explicit consent of said user, unless this is required by State authorities, if mandated by law, or if the seller believes, in good faith, that such action is necessary for any court proceedings or proceedings managed by other State authorities, or for the protection and pursuit of the seller’s legitimate interests.

All personal and other data provided by the user during registration in the online store, as well as when ordering items, including order details, shall be protected in accordance with personal data protection regulations. The seller shall not use this information for any purpose that would harm the user or any other person involved. The seller shall not use user data to send promotional e-mail messages or other unsolicited promotional materials, except for promotional notifications the user has subscribed to or agreed to receive. The seller may use this data in an anonymized, aggregated form for statistical analysis purposes.The confidentiality of the personal and other data provided by users shall not be violated in any way.

The seller shall only entrust the delivery service (e.g. Pošta Slovenije, DHL, UPS etc.) with the necessary data for the delivery of items purchased from the online store (recipient data and delivery address). If necessary, the seller shall contact the user via e-mail to complete a purchase in the online store, and shall only use the contact telephone number if any issues arise during the registration or purchase process in the online store.

5. Enforcement of the Privacy Policy
All employees of the seller, whether full-time or part-time, who have access to personal and other user data, are aware of their responsibility to protect this information and must adhere to the provisions ensuring the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of online store users.The duty to protect personal and other data applies indefinitely, even after their relationship with the seller has ended.

Registered users may cease using the online store at any time and may cancel their registration. To do so, they must notify the seller in writing about the cancellation of their registration. Before submitting a statement on the cancellation of their registration, the user must settle any and all outstanding obligations to the seller arising from purchases made in the online store. The seller shall also protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of the users of its online store in the framework of this Privacy Policy in the event of a registration cancellation.
